NEW YORK - October 6, 2008 - Fulcrum, a leader in advanced analytics, technology and program solutions, today announced that Adam Coven has joined the company as vice president of information technology.

Coven will manage Fulcrum's data centers and networks, bringing in-depth experience to his role. His appointment is the latest addition to a series of ongoing developments at Fulcrum, including new services and significant client growth.

Most recently, Coven was vice president of information technology services at IAG Research in New York City, where he managed a team of engineers and re-architected corporate infrastructure for the company, as well as a consolidated network management system.

Prior to that, he was director of operations at Oversight Services in New York, planning and implementing a complete re-design of the technology management infrastructure for a network and security operations center/ISP, greatly increasing cost-effectiveness for the company.

Coven has also been a network systems management engineer for Reuters America, in addition to being chief operating officer and co-founder of Spiral Connection in New York City.
